AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE AND PRODUCTS
The products offered on this website are available for the territory of the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as PO boxes) and international territory (please check conditions and shipping prices for shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula territory). If the Customer requests shipping outside the aforementioned territory, Macc Sbc Global S.L reserves the right not to accept and/or cancel the order. Shipments to the Canary Islands must be made by contacting us by email at [email protected]. All orders for our products are subject to their availability. In case of difficulties in supply or in case of lack of stock, Macc Sbc Global S.L will inform you by email and coordinate a solution of waiting for stock replenishment or refund of money.
ORDERS
How are orders placed?
To place an order, the Customer must follow the online purchase procedure and click on the "PLACE ORDER" button. Subsequently, the Customer will receive an email acknowledging receipt of their order ("Order Confirmation") within 24 hours following the same. The Customer will also be informed, by email, that the order is being sent ("Shipping Confirmation"). Likewise, the Customer can check the status of their order by contacting us by email at [email protected].
In case the Customer has made an error when sending their data, they can modify them in the "My Account" section; such data will apply to future purchases. In case the error refers to the current order, the Customer must contact us by email at [email protected].
How is shipping and delivery carried out?
At the time the Customer makes the payment, Macc Sbc Global S.L will ask you to choose the shipping method to be able to carry out the delivery of your order. Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping method chosen, being calculated automatically during the payment process, and before finalizing the order. Orders and payment confirmations received after 12:00 noon (local time), will be processed the next business day (business days Monday to Friday, except holidays marked on the official calendar.) and therefore will be delivered from 48 hours after purchase.
We have the following shipping methods:
- Express shipping 24h/48h - You will receive your order within 2 full business days. We consider business days to be working days Monday to Friday, except official holidays marked on the official calendar.
*Due to high volume of orders during campaign periods (Black Friday, Christmas, ...) delivery times could be affected.
In case there are circumstances arising from product personalization, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, Macc Sbc Global S.L informs you that delivery times may be subject to variations. For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" or the order having been "delivered" shall be understood to have occurred at the moment when the Customer, or a third party indicated by them, acquires physical possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address. In case of impossibility to effect the delivery of the order, it will be the user who agrees with the transport company the new delivery.
Is it possible to check the status of the order and the order history?
The Customer can contact Macc Sbc Global S.L directly to be informed about the status of their order.
Can Macc Sbc Global S.L cancel an order?
Macc Sbc Global S.L reserves the right to cancel any order (even if previously accepted), not being responsible for any damage and/or expense, in the following cases:
- When an involuntary error has occurred in the online store; for example a payment or stock error;
- When there are reasons to believe that the Customer is a minor or that the credit card to be used does not meet the requirements described in these Conditions;
- When the payment information provided by the Customer is incorrect or unverifiable.
- When the shipping address provided by the Customer is outside the territory, or the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
In the event that any of these circumstances are identified, Macc Sbc Global S.L will notify you duly by email, in order to be able to resolve the problem before taking any action.
PRODUCT NON-CONFORMITY
Once the order is received, it is recommended that the Customer check its condition and, in case of identifying any defect, may opt for (i) returning the product or (ii) replacing the product with a new one in good condition.
EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN POLICY
i. Exchanges and returns
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased product, they have 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of purchase to return it. Macc Sbc Global S.L will proceed to refund the full price of the product using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days following receipt of the merchandise at Macc Sbc Global S.L's warehouses. Shipping and return costs will not be refunded, if any. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that Macc Sbc Global S.L has delivered a different product by error, or with some defect.
IMPORTANT: Exchanges or returns of products customized by the Customer will not be accepted.
The methods that Macc Sbc Global S.L establishes for returns of its products are:
- Returns through a carrier (free) - A carrier can pick up the product to be returned at the address chosen by the Customer (applicable exclusively within Spanish peninsular territory and in the Balearic Islands. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded).

This return will be made under the Customer's responsibility, who must attach the purchase ticket and the corresponding certificate of authenticity. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The time in which the Customer will see the refund reflected in their account will depend on their banking entity.
ii. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without needing any justification. However, the customer will not have the right to withdraw if the product is a product customized at their request.

iii. Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal Macc Sbc Global S.L will refund to the Customer all payments received after the purchase, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery modality different from the least expensive ordinary delivery modality we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days, counting from the date on which you inform us of the decision to withdraw from this contract.
Macc Sbc Global S.L will proceed to make such refund using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction. Macc Sbc Global S.L may withhold the refund until having received the products, or until you have presented proof of their return.

This return will be made under the responsibility and charge of the buyer, attaching the purchase ticket and the corresponding certificate of authenticity. The piece must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
GUEST PURCHASE
Macc Sbc Global S.L's website also allows purchase through the guest purchase functionality. In this purchase modality, only the essential data for processing your order will be requested from the Customer. The Customer will always have the possibility to register as a registered user if they prefer.
PRICES AND TAXES
The prices of the products that appear on the website are those that apply at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect orders that have already been accepted. All product prices, shipping costs and other services include VAT. WARRANTIES

LANGUAGE, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
